Sweet with a smooth dark grain flavour, restrained, medium-low bitterness. Smooth, roasty flavour, sort of like coffee/chocolate, although balanced by the sweet finish. No burnt malt flavour or harsh bite in the finish. Moderate fruity esters, with very subtle fruity hop characters. Has a sweet, dark rum, molasses, burnt sugar-like quality. Very low hop flavour.
