Clawed from the depths of the dungeon comes this crowned king of jungle despair. We packed our mashtun full of fresh BC hops and New Zealand Sav Blanc skins from our buddy Jos at @phantasm.nz bringing up rich guava aromas! A glorious addition of dark candy sugar gives a deep rich dark malty colour and a smooth caramel start that finishes with sweet tropical fruit. A true secret hammer or as we're starting to call them, Jackknife session ales.

Dark red-brown with lots of head. Lots of fruitiness, dates, plums, a bit of demerara sugar. Good complexity here. The alcohol splashes in, the body is full, this is good shit.
