Bodensee-Fläschle(0,0075hl, vielen Dank!): Deep golden to light amber coloured, hazy, smaller lacy off-white head; moderate vinous-alcoholic nose, caramel, wood and some mushroomy-cellary notes underneath; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied - what else; some fruits in the mainly malty-vinous finish. Not a great one...

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, bright amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Syrupy malty aroma with hints of apricots and peaches, accompanied by notes of baking yeast, oaky accents of vanilla and booze. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a calm carbonation. Juicy malty, slightly syrupy taste with notes of candied fruits and oaky hints of vanilla; apricots towards the sweet and boozey finish. Likeable, but too stale and sweet for me. 25.XII.17

bottle from the brewery. Brown with a small, but persistant beige head. Lovely intensiove fruity nose. Malty start, powerful and almost chewable. Dark malts, dried fruits such as prunes, apricots, dates and figs are present as well as a yeasty fruity touch with hints of berries. Shy earthy hoppy touch. Dark malts lingering in the bakcground, with hints of dark chocolate. Smooth and velvety on the palate.
