On tap at Structures - Holly, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose has a bit of unfermented wort, straw, and subdued grassiness—this doesn’t smell quite right. Flavour is better, with crisp, biting, grassy hops, and a crisp crackery malt base. Still has some of that unfermented wort in there, and the Saaz spiciness isn’t quite coming through. It’s alright.

Draft @ New Structures. Golden and bright, fairly thick head. Medium bitterness, clean sweet pale malts are lightly bready. Balanced through the finish.
