Profile: Loaded with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Sabro, and Cryo Pop hops this Hazy Double IPA is loaded with notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and tropical fruit. Bold enough to stand up to the cold winter ahead.
Description: At over 1000 pages, this infinitely long novel is notorious for its length and ability to comedically entertain with its tragic description of the American pursuit of happiness. This Double Hazy IPA will also entertain you, with its emphasis on hops and juiciness.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks fiulijn). Slightly hazy dull blond gold with white head. Feint dankness, but moreso a dull herbaceous muted hop profile. Quite underwhelming.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, minimal haze, a bit dull. Mild aroma of herbaceous hops, of citrus peel, and tropical fruit. Quite dry, lean, that's appreciated; even with almost no residual sweetness, it manages to be quite fruity, and this is rare, although the fruit is more an elegant descriptor than a bomb; the bitterness is low.
It's not bery bright, somehow it seems to lack the ooomph, but it's a clean, pleasant DIPA. I'm glad I got a good can, and tasted it on a good day.

Pale amber, just a slight haze, bubbly head. Bubblegum and electric wire phenols on the nose. Definitely phenolic but not much good going on really. Mushroomy, medium body, not a ton of bitterness or hop expression. Ferm issues so it's below the standards of either brewery.
