Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 09/02/14. Listed as ’Venticonquedodici’ - 25/12. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white swirl/edgework. Nose is dark fruits, Xmas cake, spice, toffee, dates, figs, sugary tone. Taste comprises stoned fruits, cake mix, sultanas, dates, winter berries, spice, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff, easy drinker for the ABV which is well masked. Not a huge amount of depth to the flavour though.
