It's our taproom's Th3rd anniversary! For this years' release we took a different flight path and changed the style of the release to a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. An elevated ABV, coupled with time spent in a bourbon barrel, gives natural vanilla and oak characteristics and an ethanol forward balance to the rich, super sweet, heavy chocolate nuances brought on by the grain bill and long boil time. Bomber releases have become "rare birds" of late, and this ale will be landing in limited quantities, so we encourage you to capture one of these special offerings while you can.
