Cask @ GBBF 2014. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty raspberry aroma. Fruity wheat malty raspberry flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty raspberry finish.

Appearance: Hazy dark golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Citrus, oranges, berries.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Berries, oranges, malt, wheat, citrus.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Murky yellow color, small white head. Aroma is really hoppy and only lightly fruity. Didn’t expect that. Taste lightly malts, way more fruity flavors though, you do get the raspberry. Lightly bitter, some hops. Decent body and carbonation. Nice.

Cask (gravity) @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Unclear medium orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, wheat, sweet yeast, rapsberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat - yeast, raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121204]

Pigs Ear. Very hazy gold beer, suddy white head. A little sulphur on the nose. Light dry palate. Floral notes, sweet raspberry, more floral notes. Mild minerals. Dry finish. A bit perfumey sweet.
