Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130224]

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity bretty and slightly spicy aroma. Fruity malty bretty yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy bretty finish.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2012) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with grass, tropical fruit and spicy hops. Malty, spicy taste with notes of grass, dried fruit, yeast and spicy hops in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Nice and tasty beer.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Goldeny amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, earthy, herbal and toffeeish. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, floral and some mild nectary and mild spicy notes. Rather much on the sweet side of a saison.

33 cl bottle at Cafe Chateau Foret, Helsingborg. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and light brettish. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and light bretty to citrusy. Dry and bretty finish.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2012) - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Grass, lemon and some slightly musty hints in the aroma. Slightly tart and fruity taste with notes of lemon, yeast and banana.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival. Almost clear golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, leather, sweat, grain and wheat. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of funk, grain and wheat. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, though not as good as the other Saison.

Pours clear orange with a foamy head. Aroma of slightly tart fruits, hints of farmhouse and yeasty notes. Taste is malty and slightly tart with notes of yeast and farmhouse. Finish is malty and sweetish. Nice, quite tasty saison.

Sample @ Stockholm Beer & Whisky 2012. Pours hazy golden with a small white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, plums, papaya, grapes, dry soil, wood, brett, grass and hints of old bread. Taste is tiny bitter, funky and spicy with crackers, lemon zest, papapaya, hay, dry soil, brett, white pepper, grapes and cloves. Mouthfeel is crisp, watery, dry and light bodied. Finish is dry and spicy with crackers, white pepper, cloves, hay, dry soil and lemon zest.
