Opaque yellow. Thin head. Aroma has a lot of coffee. Ok, so what the fuck. On the palate, this is perfectly balanced. Definitely lots of coffee, but also fruity hop, good bitterness, and a kiss of sweet pale malt. I know the bartender at Tap Tap said this was good shit, but I didn't actually believe him. I bought because of the strength of his conviction and damn he was right. Octopus is probably the first brewery to make this absurd combo work.
