This collab between our beer and coffee departments is a blended imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with house-roasted Zambia Kateshi Estate coffee. The coffee was roasted exclusively for this project and brings an incredible mélange of honeycomb, marshmallow, and graham cracker to the beer’s notes of chocolate, caramel, bourbon, and coffee. It’s a delightful marriage of two pretty exceptional beverages.

A dink pour. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee, American oak, toffee, dark chocolate. Taste: along the same lines, moderately sweet and thick, nicely balanced. Overall: good one.

Dark brown and no head. Sweet, roasty. Nice sugars and that gives this ridiculous shit balance.
