For these two experimental Double IPAs, we started with the exact same silky-smooth, plush satin pillow base beer. Incredibly sexy stuff.
The Peach Can, Experimental IPA #28, was dry hopped with exp 008 and Mosaic Cryo hops. From exp 008 we get lots of nectarine and a round orange finish.

Can from the brewery
Murky pale yellow colour. The aroma is very nice, it's fruity and moderately dank; tropical fruits, sweet orange. Soft body, light residual sweetness (it seems a bit less than the sister version, but that's probably just the same), very nice juicy hops (tropical fruit, bitter orange, pineapple), but just a bit too much chalkiness.
Good hop, unrefined starch base.
