750ml (thx, Guillermo C. for a bottle and Max C. for the delivery!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: rustic notes, barrel, funky. Taste: along the same lines, nice grape notes, very smooth. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy yellow with small white head. Mild vinous notes, some honey, light tartness and floral, enjoyable.

Hazy blonde. Just a thin head. On the nose, Light brett C and mellow grapes. On the palate, it's tart, light floral hops, honeyish character, liking the complexity on this.

(750ml bottle @ Sardines, Quebec City, June 18/22) Pours hazy straw with a thick white head and good lace. Notes of pale crackery cereals, green apple, lime, soft white grape, some lightly peppery grape skin and a bit of tannin, dusty funk, moderate wood, lightly to moderately lactic, quite dry, mineral finish with lemon/lime acidity, hay and wood. Light bodied, quite filling carbonation. Smooth and delicate, perhaps a bit on the light side really, elegantly made but without the pop of most other Auval bottles.
