Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, moderate roasted, chocolate, caramel, berry notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, berry, dark malt, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130111]

Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, chocolate and notes of coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 110113

Pours nearly black with a small bubbly head. Oak, cherries, roast and yeast. Quite funky. Medium bodied.

Murky very dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, yeast and berries. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, berries, little acid, yeast, little coffee, medium sweet, hop, little oak and a little bitter.

Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, burnt caramel, soy, fruits and notes of hops.
