Hazy IPA w/Lactose
We tried to resist making this beer but we couldn’t fight it. This Hazy India Pale Ale uses tons of tropical forward hops to create a cloudy tropical juice-forward beer. We then add Lactose to balance the bitterness and provide a fluffy body.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Pale amber, with a bit of chill haze. The aroma comes across mostly oniony. On the palate, it's brighter. Still some allium, but at least a bit of citrus in here as well. The malts are a bit sticky, underattenuated.
