This hoppy saison was brewed with Canadian malt, a French saison yeast strain, and hopped with Galaxy, Topaz and Nelson Sauvin.
VCBW festival goers and craft beer fans can expect a dry and supremely crushable saison with punchy notes of citrus, tropical fruit and white wine, and a delicate spice complexity.

Hazy and pale. Just a thin head. More of a phenolic aroma. Kinda sticky, again phenols, plastic. Execution not great here. It’s not undrinkable but the fermentation isn’t what it needs to be in order to nail this style. Hoppy saison that isn’t hoppy.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Fairly hop forward with citrus and tropical notes, underlying saison yeast. Decent.
