This tasty brew comes from our barrel program. Wild tropical fruit esters mixed with bright hop aroma, balanced by light farmhouse funk and a bone-dry, hoppy finish. Barrel fermented with a hybrid kveik/saison saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeasts. Dryhopped before packaging with Citra and Galaxy.

Bottle, slight haze, yellow. Medium head. Nice bretty aroma, some leafy hop notes. Dry, bretty, again a lighy leafy hop, touch of citrus. This hits the style really well.
