Opaque dark pink. Less head than an actual clover club. It tastes like a fairly standard raspberry sour, with a little bit of bitterness. So it’s good but I think they missed a bit on the extra ingredients…more gin botanicals would light it up a bit.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy orangey red with small off white head. Raspberry, feint hint of lemon, even feinter hint of juniper. Okay.
