Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, citrus, hops, and hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a small white head. Interesting dry fruitiness in the nose with the yeast being pleasantly subdued. Medium body, rich carbonation, flowery - even perfumy - but never in a bad way. A little late hops. Quite delicious really. 150313

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Dirty pale blond with some small floaters and thick white head. A sticky strong blond rather than a triple I’d say. A little perfumed. Some hops on finish. Not really a huge character, alcohol becomes obvious and as I say more a strong blond than a triple. Still, it warms the cockles.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg France. Hazy pale yellow, oily consistency, mid-sized white head. Fruity nose. Very full-bodied, intensive malty base wit hints of vanilla, honey and herbs. Quite hoppy, grassy and slightly resiny with a lovely herbal touch. Bitter-sweet overall character, very spicy, quite complex. Still dangerously drinkable for this abv. Another delicious beer from the North of France.

Bottled. Cloudy dark yellow, rich airy head. Intense estery pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity, near full bodied. There’s candy sugar, pomegranate and mild alcohol. Sugary finish. A rather intense but unpolished tripel.
