Roast and caramel. Black pour without much head. Bittersweet finish. Not a lot to this. Tap at brewery.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Dark brown. Soft molasses, mellow bitterness but it’s mostly sweet. Light fruitiness. Complex, a shot of alcohol in the finish to dry it out a bit. I may be in the minority but I like this take on imperial stout and this example does it well.
