Experimental IPA #19 with Eclipse and Galaxy (white dots). Eclipse is a new Australian hop that was officially released last year. It has similar notes to other Aussie hops like Galaxy and Vic Secret but is slightly more spicy and piney. We think it is prickly, spicy, and bold with notes of mango pit and peach fuzz.

Opaque, thick head. Pineapple, orange, tangerine type character. Harsh dryness and hop burn, though. Malts are thick, I guess oaty?

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond colour, slightly paler than the 20. The aroma is lovely, it's dank and juicy. The mouthfeel is dry, chalky, and the juicy hop qualities are completely wasted under a blanket of vegetable bitterness. Painful.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy blonde gold with small white head. Nice nose with citrus and some tropical hops. Taste doesn’t follow through, a bit muddy, hint of chalk. Better than experimental #20 (tasted side by side with Phill).
