750mL bottle at East Van Cider Fest 2026, pours a hazed blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a pleasant Riesling grape must character, with dry apple skins, and a touch of funk. Flavour is mostly dry, with a nice Riesling grape skin character, light apple juice, and a touch of must. Not terribly complex but reasonably constructed. Good.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish, very pale blonde with small white head. Apple with mild riesling vinous notes, quite nice.

Bottle pour at the cidery. Slight haze and very pale. Good blend, the riesling lends nice vinous texture and big floral, fruit. Soft apple.
