Golden-amber. Thick head. Bright. Toasty, some caramel, sweet. Just enough bitterness. The malt character is good, but I wish there was more hop. I also wish there wasn't a shitload of diacetyl coming out as it warms.

Poured from the tap. Clear copper gold with white head. Subdued pine and grapefruit hops with mild biscuit malt. Getting a very feint diacetyl hint as it warms up (-0.1).
