We’re celebrating the best of the 2021 harvest. Our team brewed a whole orchard’s worth of apricots into this classic Saison. Brewed with French Saison yeast and late edition Citra hops.

Hazy, pale, medium head. Sugar-coated apricots on the nose, and it's a bit yeasty. Yeasty on the palate, too, with some tartness. Sweaty. It comes across like the apricot is there to cover up a suboptimal saison. The apricot character is sweet-tart. I mean, I don't expect Turkish-level sweetness here, nor do I receive it. The whole production ends up okay.
