Dark brown with reddish accent. Medium head. Light toastiness and medium body (for style). Some coffee notes in there as well. It's a bit watery, as tends to be the way when you serve a mild on CO2.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber colour, clean. Mild bread aroma and flavour, gentle malts, soft mouthfeel. There's no character here. Flat finish. Not a Mild, not a Brown Ale, whichever they were targeting. Clean, boring beer.
