Our brewery's hat tip to the IPA loving hop heads that roam the culinary wilds in search of the next frothy hop concoction. Brewed with a copious amount of hops, a pinch of spruce, and a truly wonderful yeasty."

Poured from 651mL bottle (yes, it specifically states "651mL"). Chill hazed dull gold with small white head. Fairly feint pine hops, but a nice soft subtle spruce note, mild biscuit malt. The mild spruce addition saves it, the rest of the beer is fairly timid, average.

Amber and pale. Oniony, stone fruit nose. Full body, lots of malt. Oniony hops that start to veer into diacetyl as the beer gets warm. On the sticky side, need a better hop expression honestly.
