Bottle. Dullish opaque. Medium head. Aroma is lemony, minty, some papaya...lots of hops but also lots of yeasty esters, and they're playing rather nicely together. On the palate, there's definitely some brett in here, which I suspected. Lots of bright fruity hops, decent malt base, thin saisony kind of body because brett, and then the esters are holding back a bit...oh this is good. Is Saison IPA a thing yet? Start with Avec and take it from there. Let's do this.
