Kind of a murky haze to it. Colour is blonde with just a faint bit of pink jamaica to it. White head, medium. The aroma is quite fruity – berryish, with some esters. It’s a bit sweet. The saison yeast brings some depth to it, but it still seems like there’s berries in there. No berry beers on the menu, though so that’s hibiscus. What confuses me is that much hibiscus normally would come with pink colour and that’s not the case here.
