Murkyish sort of brown colour with a thin head. It's billed as a nordic juniper ale and it smells like sahti. Not gotlandsdricke and not koduolu. Just sahti but that bubblegummy type I don't like. It's mostly bubblegum and juniper. I mean, I've had this type before, and it's not good. I don't imagine trying to brew this in the summer helped - clearly too warm at fermentation. Thick body, sticky and not in a good way. I wasn't expecting Joutsan or anything but this misses the mark.
