Yet another glass of sunshine from The Office, modestly dry and hopped with citra, mosaic, and a dose of eldorado. This smooth beer has body with less bite, and pulls its hazy from generous heaps of oats and wheat.

Yellow and hazy. Danky aroma with a bit of allium. Moderate bitterness, soft malts and more of a weedy hop profile. Probably more onion than I'd prefer, all told, but it's all good.
