Our friends at Skagit Valley Malt made a new darker Vienna malt and named it Super Vienna. This here is the beer born from that malt. Paired with the local ADHA-1940 hop grown by Roy Farms with a touch Czech Saaz. Fermented with Que Bueno yeast for an intercontinental finish.
Hops Czech Saaz ADHA 1940.
Malt SVM Super Vienna.

Found this turding up at the Gull. Vibrant amber colour and has a little bit of haze to it. A bit toasty, a bit of caramel. On the palate, it's got a nice, rich caramel, some toast, and it ends up being sweet in the finish. Still, that malt complexity is quite nice.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy dark amber colour with creamy beige head. The aroma is delicate, estery. The flavour is bready, there is some residual sweetness, hint of caramel; balanced, but it could have some more malt depth. The final is short. Good.

Definitely an amber lager. Amber body with thin white head. Malt and honey aroma. Malt forward taste with a sweetish finish.
