This Double IPA is perfectly balanced. Double dry hops of Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc give off aromas of orange creamsicle.

When I first had the Big DIPA, I didn't realize that they had a very tiny kit and brewed a ton of one-offs, or had beers where the name stayed the same but they changed up the recipe every time. So this wasn't listed as Big DIPA but it basically is, and this time, I've recorded what hops are in there so I don't screw this up again, because it is a bit different every time. I cost myself a couple of ticks there, I'm sure. Okay. Bright and brassy, nice old school look to it. Thin head. It's got a big piney aroma, malt chewiness and alcohol. A bit of diacetyl, some bitterness. The butter is low level but of course it gets in the way. People with low sensitivity to diacetyl (I'm about a 4 out of 5) probably won't notice it. Hop expression isn't as compelling as I'd like...h. blanc on this malt base isn't going to work well, really.
