Fresh from the woods, this round it's a wheat ale, smooth and citrusy with a hint of spice and vanilla from the oak. We ferment and age this beer every couple of months with three different yeast strains in French oak barrels sourced locally.

Draught @ the brewery. Slight haze. Thin head. Aromas are a bit phenolic in the plastic direction. Low bitterness, nice tartness, and a vinous accent. The white wine character is dominant and a strong point in this beer. One of the better beers I've had from this brewery so far.
