A choke cherry double IPA. Fermented and aged in red wine barrels, its round, fruity and even a bit tropical. Once the fruit punches you in the face hole, you’re left with the ever increasing dryness of the choke cherries as if you’re in the Namibian desert.

Draught at the brewery. Mild cherry notes, balanced bitterness, a bit yeasty because kveik, and decent malt character. Overall balanced, didn't necessarily note any barrel but I like how lots of elements come together in this one.
