Our lactose sour aged on 40 pounds of strawberries and 10 pounds of rhubarb! Pouring from our nitro tap, this beer is tart but velvety smooth.

Pale pink and opaque. Thick head. The aroma shows lots of sourness, and rhubarb, and a bit of strawberry, too. So precisely as advertised. On the palate, it’s got those elements, though the sourness tastes off, butyric or just a bad pedio thing? Neither know nor care. Super sharp on the finish, and not in a good way. Something went wrong here. It’s also got some weirdo lactose accent that’s pumped up by the nitro. Not a concept I was predisposed to liking anyway, but yeah.
