Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Pale amber, just a touch of chill haze but mostly bright. Thin head. On the nose, a mix of apples (good apples, mind you) and piney notes. On the palate, mostly pine, maybe a touch of grapefruit. There’s pretty good malt balance. I wouldn’t say this has any NEIPA character, but it’s a solid APA that I’d come back to.
