Non-coastal IPA. Brewed with a hazy malt base but hopped more like West Coast IPA. Tropical fruit, pithy citrus bitterness with just the right amoubnt of west coast pine.

Hazy pale tan. Thin head. Looks just ok. Aroma is going in the direction of grapefruit rind. On the palate, it’s got that overripe fruit thing that I don’t like in an IPA, papaya maybe, but yeah. The bitterness is moderate, but the malts are weak and flabby. So this one is coming across as a bit of a mess.
