On tap 2008 as Maibock. Der Antrunk ist süffig-neutral, leicht cremig. Zum Hauptteil hin wird das Ganze süßlich-schärfer und leicht neutral-herb. Im Nachgeschmack bekommt es typische Bockbier-Züge, wird dabei aber alkoholisch-scharf und etwas penetrant süßlich-malzig! --> 8/12/7/8

Draught @ Stumm’s Brauhaus im Neunkircher, Saarbrucker Strasse 16, Neunkirchen, Saarland, Germany 66538.ABV: 7.0%. Light light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light hoppy, light sugar - sugary malt, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, caramel, malt, heller bock flavor, malty, malt sweet, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121004]

Growler courtesy of Bierkrug, vielen dank! Deep golden color, large tan head. Aroma of caramel and light spice. Taste is slightly sweet and bready, good body, lots of malt. Tasty.

Tap. Tart/astringent lemon peel aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet-tart lemon and barley malt flavor. Decent flavor but one of the lightest bocks I’ve ever had.
