We took a blend of ciders; wild fermented and made with both heritage and culinary apples, and then part aged it in Odd Society Maple Whiskey barrels. This gives amazing notes of whiskey, sherry and molasses notes with a light body and medium sweetness.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
A bit hazy. Yellowish-greenish. Maple sugars and fresh apples (this is aged in barrels used for maple whisky at Odd Society). Similar palate, like a maple caramel apple but finishing off-dry. Not bad.
