On tap at the Taphouse in town, Gasthaus Schwan, Riedenburg, Saturday 1st August 2020. We are on a lengthy cycle ride along the Danube Canal. Pours clear amber, looks great. Crisp, refreshing and really quaffable, a touch of caramel, good bitterness, light fruity, quite dry finish, this really hits the spot.

Tapped: Hazy, deep golden to light amber coloured, mid-sized persisting off-white head, grainy-barnyardy-caramelly nose with a herbal-hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, very soft, light to medium bodied; mild and lingering sweet-fruity and slightly hoppy finish. Not great, but a very well quaffable session-beer.....
