Just the one hop, but a lot of it! Added at four stages for complexity of flavour housed in a pale golden brew. Citrus notes and a good lingering bitterness

Pacific Jade is another of those wonderful New Zealand hops. Its flavour is subtler than Nelson Sauvin or Motueka, but it's still got plenty of depth. As it's a single-hop brew, once again we use only Maris Otter Pale malt.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. A pale amber pour with a loose white head; powerful floral aroma; strongly hopped leading to some burn in the mouth and a dryish floral taste with some lemony citrus. Good stuff.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Floral aroma, with spice and apple juice. Tarnished gold. Thin bubbly white head. Medium bitter. Pretty hoppy. Spices and biscuits. Quinine. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Astringent finish. Initially surprisingly colourful but then gains too much quinine. OK.
