This dessert stout was inspired by Rich's dog Scarlett. An absolute sweetheart that gets a bit salty if she doesn't get enough attention. The beer is a nice balance of sweet + salty w/ notes of chocolate and caramel.

This salted caramel stout is dark brown. Thin head. On the nose, there’s definitely a bit of caramel, and also some chocolate. It’s definitely sweet, but not unreasonable, or unbalanced. Just a nice caramel chocolate character with a hint of salt.
