Quite pale, touch of haze, just a thin head. Sweet, sort of grainy. The body is quite watery, the bitterness sometimes seems too much but then seems not enough. An odd duck, but then it’s the first NA K�lsch I’ve ever had. As NA beers go, it’s one of the better ones I’ve had. I don’t think it’s anything special as a beer, but as NA beer goes, yeah, fits with the trend towards experimental NA and I’m happy to see it. If I imagine body and a touch of noble hop, this might get there.
