Brewed in collaboration with our good pals down the street at Beere Brewing, Buzzwords is a foeder fermented, can conditioned, double-dryhopped hazy Brett IPA. We brewed buzzwords with an aggressive amount of flaked oats and raw wheat, and fermented in foeder for 3 months on a blend of brettanomyces strains. We took a page out of Beere's books and irresponsibly dryhopped buzzwords twice with Citra, Sabro, Bru-1, and Mosaic Cryo.

Fucking ugly dull pale no head bleh. Strong, a bit of alcohol. Flabby malts, brett just barely kicking in and a nothing hop character. Tastes lazy.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy to murky blond colour. Strong Brett aroma, juniper, wood. The malt base is mild, good choice, for a DIPA, the alcohol is too evident, also highlighted by the funky notes; citrus peel and hop resins in the final dominate over the Brett.
Interesting, but rough, not really something I would drink more than 8oz of.

Taster. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, farty, woody, some fruity character. Taste: along the same lines with lots of funk, wood, and moderate sweetness. Overall: a bit harsh, too woody, not really nice balanced. Just an ok thing.
