50 cl bottle. Hazy, orange colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with yeasts, sour fruits, wheat and caramel and lightly toasted malts. Light sweet taste. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes sweet with yeasts and tart apples. The fruity sourness is not suitable for a dunkeweizen IMHO. Otherwise OK.

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tobacco - sweet tobacco, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, fruity, honey. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruity, yeast, caramel. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130131]

Medium beige head. Slightly hazy orangey red body with light carbonation. Oily caramelly peppery aroma with marzipan fruity notes. Dry-sweet, slightly acidic, caramelly yoghurty taste with vague fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy wheaty fruity aftertaste with watery caramelly notes. Not bad, but a bit boring. (0.5l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)
