500 ml bottle, from Holtes Vinlager, Skagen. ABV is 6.0%. Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, brown bread and caramel, hints of berries, banana and cloves. Wheaty flavour with the same elements, a little citrus too. Decent enough, refreshing.

Bottle. It’s an unclear, golden beer with a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. The aroma is fruity with some sweetness, a faint whiff of yeast, and a tropical fruit syrup touch. The flavor has a faint bitterness as well as tropical fruits, sweetness and a little touch of yeast. Medium to full body. A quite pleasant and easy drinkable beer, but I can’t say it reminds me much of a dunkelweizen. But of course I don’t know if that’s the intention either. And of course it doesn’t matter, beer shouldn’t necessary be brewed to style. 121130

Aroma has berries typical to Danish ales. Also some wheaty notes and hay. Flavour has citrus, some hay and hints of caramel. Very creamy palate. Decent.

500 ml bottle. Hazy reddish orange body with a decent tan head. Light aroma of caramel malt, flowers, some fruity yeast and wheat. Flavor of sweet caramel malt, light fruity and moderate bitterness. Medium body and medium aftertaste. Drinkable but rather mediocre all the way.
