Our interpretation of this classic English style of ale; smooth, malty, and well balanced. BC ESB and English Crystal malts lend a bready, biscuity character offset by floral, earthy, and citrus notes from English East Kent Goldings hops. Pours a deep copper with a tight white head.

Darkish amber, just a thin head. On the palate some caramel and esters, relatively low bitterness. Definitely a bit sweeter than I would like.
