Bottle at Ma Che, Trastevere, Roma thanks to a certain brewer - 02/10/12. Hazy amber with a big slightly off white head. Caramel malts dominate the nose, hops, and a little raspberry. Taste follows nose, malt forward, caramel, hops and a little background fruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation leading to a smooth finish, absolutely spot on in terms of the palate one of the best finishes from a bottle I’ve ever had.
