Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Clear, amber coloured, mid-sized and quite stable white head; shy malty and toasty nose with a touch of vegetables; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour with a light sourish touch, only light to medium bodied; short shy malty and bitter finish. A very tame Bock........

(bottle) Clear, amber to brown colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Discreet aroma of minimal toasted malt, caramel and notes of veggetables in the background. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly ashy taste with traces of caramel. Moderately sweet malt-accented finish with little hoppy bitterness. Just drinkable (14.V.09).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear amber-brown colour, mid-sized head. Mild, flavours of caramel and toffee, very slyghtly hoppy. To my opinion it more resembles a Dunkel than a Bockbier. Nice nevertheless.
