Sparkling, Dry, Unique
The Brut IPA style is making waves up the West Coast and is being coined the Champagne of IPAs. The style has a light pale body, a higher carbonation, and is extremely dry. In our version we have fermented to zero degrees plato and have triple dry hopped with El Dorado hops.
This is our most unique IPA to date!

Hazy. Lively yellow-amber. Bubbly head. Lemony, fruity hop nose with a light pale malt sweetness. Moderate bitterness, light lemon accent. Again, that same light malt character. So pretty consistent from aroma to palate but works better on the nose.

Draught at Urban Winery / Postmark, Vancouver
Golden color, clean, with medium sized head. Mild stale smell, bread and foot. Not completely dry, not too weak, the flavour is mild, stale bread comes to mind, the bitterness seems lower than the expected 45 IBU. No IPA characteristics either.
Very boring Pale Ale.
